Sarah has been great from the first point of contact right through to finalising my claim, nothing has been to much trouble for her and I have been able to rely on and trust everything she has said she is going to do. my family were appointed Sarah after tragic circumstances(House Fire), and I couldn't have wanted to deal with a nicer more caring person. we have now been able to move on with are lives, helped by Sarah's speedy handling of the claim. we hope she wins an award, she deserves one !!!

My claim was due to water damage effecting the whole of the downstairs & I had to move out for 3 months, moving back on Christmas eve with no kitchen or equipment, furniture or carpets. By the time I met Sarah I was at the end of my tether. My claim just seem to be going on & on, with me having to chase things all the time. My rebuild had been of poor quality, & the builders were trying to charge me personally over £2000 for betterment work & were sending me threatening letters. The removers bringing my furniture out of store significantly damaged large items of furniture & spilled ink on the new carpet. - then Sarah contacted me. She came over to me & sat in my lounge & listened to my string of disasters. She was not hurried & I felt like I was treated as a "person" for the first time. She gave me advise over the removal company, she kept me informed weekly of what was going on. She stopped all the aggravation with the builders & moved my claim on to a swift conclusion. All through this she was warm, understanding & professional - & she followed through on the things she said she would do. I do believe if Sarah had been involved sooner I would have been back in my home much earlier without so much stress.

I was very unhappy and disillusioned with the claims service, from when my claim was handed to Innovation to being put in contact with Neanne Hung. Previously I had been passed from pillar to post without any notification that my details were being passed to another company or that surveyor visits were from different companies (I had been expecting only one surveyor visit), received quite brusque emails and I feel that I was being put under even more pressure by your company than I was already under. Neanne showed common sense, understanding, consideration I felt, for the first time, that someone was actually working with me rather than against me to find a solution which led to the conclusion of my claim to the satisfaction of both parties.
