We will set up the appointments for our surveyor/loss adjuster to visit your property and assess the damage as soon as possible, at a time that’s convenient to you.
You will be assigned a dedicated claims partner who will talk you through how we assess and validate the loss of your claim, including liaising with third party suppliers on your behalf. You will have your own Claim Plan, individual to your circumstances.
You won’t be left managing your own claim. We’ll connect with you to find out what is important to you, whether that’s arranging appointments around your availability, or working around key dates that you’ve told us about.
