We use iClaims, our web application, alongside our innovative technology to give customers and insurers
complete visibility of the claims process, including email notifications and the timeline of your claim.
iSubs (short for Innovation Subsidence) is the extensive web-based system we have developed for our internal users
to help proactively manage subsidence claims. We've given insurers access to iSubs to improve communication,
ensuring information is passed between us securely, easily and promptly.
Our field-based tool allows our surveyors and loss adjustors to capture information, including videos
of the damage, in real-time, sending back vital information to insurers and customers to avoid delays
in the claims process.
To detail the repairs required, we use Symbility, a scoping tool used to manage the repairs of the claim. The Symbility
application allows our engineers to record the property’s dimensions and details of the repairs required whilst on
site to generate a fully priced schedule of repairs. Symbility is used by our approved builder network and enables
us to find the most suited builder for each repair.
SubsNetUK is one of our key suppliers who undertake the investigations at the beginning of the claim.
Via its web portal, we have integrated both iSubs and iSubs Mobile, allowing our field teams to
instruct SubsNetUK seamlessly immediately after our initial inspection.
